The inspiration for this season’s menu is the “Megibung Experience”
Originating from the Karangasem region of Bali, Indonesia, “Megibung”, which is loosely translated to “Share with Each Other” is an ancient practice of community dining, centred around food & conversation.
This tradition is honoured at Bloom Kitchen, where we offer guests an opportunity to partake in the communal spirit of The Seed with Megibung dining experiences.
A note from our Culinary Director
My vision for Bloom Kitchen was inspired by my own personal journey into wellness. I was inspired to create this dining experience that to highlight the magnificent varieties of fresh and forgotten flavors of the Island of the Gods, Bali Indonesia.
Our team takes great care when sourcing our ingredients, from our in-house permaculture gardens, partnerships with local farmers from the Karangasem and wider Bali regions, to our sustainable meat & dairy products.
